Introduction

Priority Decision Matrix helps business leaders, project teams, process improvement practitioners to easily collate improvement ideas, rate them against  the strategic goals of the organization, teams or the project

The flexible design of the app helps users to define their own rating criteria, assign weightages as per their own unique requirements and are not tied down by a pre-defined, non-modifiable parameters.

The Priority Decision Matrix app seamlessly integrates with our "A3" app which is used to manage the progress of implementation using PDCA/DMAIC methodologies.
