He is an exceptionally experienced management professional having founded 3 successful businesses including Expertivity and has held several senior executive positions in organisations such as Dell, Ericsson, Bowne Global Services and Eircom.
His qualifications include a
diploma in Business Dynamics / Systems Thinking from MIT, a
BA, MBA, MSc in Strategic Quality Management including Lean Six Sigma and is a Certified LSS Master Black Belt.
Paula Lawton
Paula is a seasoned Lean Operations Management professional, with extensive experience in designing, leading and implementing transformational change programs across multiple business sectors including Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecoms and Pharma. Using her experience as a senior executive in several American, European and Irish Multinational Organisations, she has expert insight and experience in the specific challenges facing the service and knowledge worker sectors.
Paula holds a HDip. in Strategic Quality Management including Lean Six Sigma
from the University of Limerick and is a Certified LSS Black Belt.

He has delivered various management systems and technology solutions underpinned by design thinking and lean methodologies. He has an engineering background and an MBA. Certified in Green Belt, Design Thinking, Project Management and Robotic Process Automation.
