SERVICEFORCE is a technology solution designed to support, sustain and enhance current methods (generally spreadsheets, workforce etc.) of Operations Management in service and knowledge-worker businesses.

Expertivity and DIT (TU) have collaborated on the design, development and accreditation of Service Operations Fundamentals – a course specifically targeted.
The University of Limerick (UL)
With strong links to business and industry, UL excels at translational research which aims to accelerate the practical application of academic research to benefit society. It was awarded prestigious 5-star rankings for graduate employability, innovation and knowledge transfer and internationalisation by QS Stars independent assessors.
Both Expertivity partners Alex McDonnell and Paula Lawton completed their Black Belt & Master Black qualifications in Lean Quality Systems with UL and are both currently doing research in association with UL related to their Professional Doctorates in Engineering.
