I was asked to share my experiences with eXpertivity and to keep it short and simple. I'll try but I have so much to say. I've been a one person shop for 9 years now, and have always processed my own loans. When I opened up an Allied shop and added FHA to my product line I decided to use a processing company for the first few loans for compliance reasons. However, after experiencing this process I won't ever process my own loans again. From beginning to end there is nothing but efficiency and that sense of urgency that all loan officers have but I know I've never found a processor with that same urgency quality. My first loan was submitted on the 17 th of the month and I believe we were ready to close within 2 weeks. I literally took the application, got my approval, signatures and sent it in and moved on to the next file. I have freed up so much time in my days, and weeks that I can confidently advertise, and market for more business.
