Privacy Policy Statement

Your privacy is our priority. We are committed to protecting our customers' information. In the course of providing you with IT products and Loan Processing Services, we need to collect and maintain certain nonpublic information about your firm and nonpublic personal information about your customers, the borrowers, among other information. This Privacy Statement answers some questions about what nonpublic information we collect, what we do with it, and how we protect it.

What types of information is collected about your firm when you open and maintain an account with expertivity:

  • Information provided by you on your application or other forms you sent us, such as your firm name, address, Mortgage Broker License Number, list of your Loan Officers, company size, vendors you do business with.
  • Information about your current transaction volume and payment method.

Information about your firm we disclose? We do not disclose any nonpublic information we collect about your firm to anyone. In addition, even if you choose to stop using our services, we do not disclose any nonpublic information about our former customers to anyone, except as required by law.

What types of information is collected when you submit a request for processing a loan to expertivity:

  • Information provided by you on applications 1003 or other forms, such as the borrower name, address, Social Security number, date of birth, employment information, investment, assets, real estate owned, deposits, loan amounts, payment history bank account statements and account balances.
  • Information about your customer/borrower from credit consumer reporting agencies and credit card.

What types of nonpublic personal information about the borrower do we disclose? We may disclose nonpublic personal information about the borrower that we collect, for the sole reason of processing the loan and in order to make available to your customer the financial products and services that you and your business partners provide.

We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. We disclose information about your customers/borrower to our affiliated processing center and to other financial services providers (lenders) pre-selected by you. We do not disclose any information about your customers to any marketing companies and the information we use, is used only and solely for the purpose of processing the loan, while keeping you informed during the process.

We require that all entity's, with which we share your nonpublic personal information, including companies that process or service transactions for us, agree to keep any and all nonpublic information confidential. We also prohibit them from using or disclosing your information except for the limited purpose and to the persons for whom disclosure was intended, or as otherwise permitted by law. We do not sell your personal information and/or your customer's information to any third-party marketers or any other entity for any purpose.

To what other types of entities might we disclose nonpublic personal information? We also may disclose information about your customers to companies that service, maintain, or process for us your transactions. For example, we provide information to companies that prepare and requests confirmations. In addition, we disclose nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted or required by law. These parties include government/regulatory organizations, such as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and to parties under court order or subpoena that request this information. Disclosures for which you have provided your consent or you have directed us to make are also permitted.

How do we protect the confidentiality and security of nonpublic personal information? We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed industry standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. We protect your account information by placing it on the secure portion of our Web site, using firewalls and other security technology to protect our network and systems from external attacks, and requiring you to enter a unique user name and password to access your account information online. Also, our servers have been enabled with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing the nonpublic personal information that you provide or access during a secure session (look for the padlock icon on your browser). In addition, we use digital certificate services to authenticate that you are transacting with our Web site.

Our employees (for example, customer service and compliance personnel) and third-party service providers have access to your nonpublic personal information only on a need-to-know basis. We conduct regular internal audits of our business practices and procedures, examining confidentiality standards and information access in order to protect your personal information.

What should I know about "cookies"? "Cookies" are small amounts of data that a Web site can send to your Web browser and store on your computer. Cookies do not contain personal information about you (unless you knowingly provide it). How can you access your account and update your nonpublic firm information that we collected? We take measures to ensure that your nonpublic personal information is accurate and up-to-date. We keep informing you on status of all loans currently processed and you have the ability to view historical information. Any such information is for viewing purposes and can not be changed. You can however access and update certain nonpublic information that we collect about your firm. You may add or delete loan officers, change their access etc. To access and update your basic information such as mailing address contact information or to reset alerts, log on to our Web site using your user name and password. At the top of the page, click Update my account . Just below point to Change My Info, click and select the information you want to change.
