Processing fees listed above include two (2) underwriting submissions. eXpertivity will require a $50.00 upfront fee for each additional file submission thereafter.
* All loan documents for closed & canceled loans will reside within the eXpertivity Processing Dashboard for a period of 12 months from date of closing or cancellation prior to being removed. During this 12-month period, expertivity clients will have the ability to download all documents to their local hard drive/server for file retention purposes. If you would like for eXpertivity to download, compile, and bookmark all closed & cancelled files on your behalf, it can be done so at a per-file-fee of $50.00.
