Ilan Nachmany: President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Nachmany has spent the majority of his career both as an entrepreneur and as a corporate executive with extensive experience in financial technology and management. For over twenty years he provided mortgage processing back office automation and document management to many of the largest US banks within the South and North East. He was the Chief Operating Officer of International Object Technology (IOT) prior to its sale to The A Consulting Team (TACT) in 2002. Before joining International Object Technology, Mr. Nachmany was the President and CEO of bCompliant, Inc., a company established by Image Vision Corp in order to develop a virtual mortgage folder and conduct compliance services for the mortgage industry. Mr. Nachmany later went on to serve as the President & CEO of Image Integration Corp. which was then sold to Image Vision Corporation where he also served as President & CEO. While at Image Integration, he extended its mortgage processing compliance and missing document system to the healthcare industry and developed the Validation Assurance Compliance Solution (VACS) system. This system was used by Brigham Women's Hospital, (a Harvard Medical Teaching Hospital). The Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) validated this system and Mr. Nachmany subsequently filed a patent for the underlying technology and processes. Prior to his time at Image Integration, he was the CEO of Image Communication Systems, which developed and supported the joint venture of McDonnell Douglas Computer Systems Company and Bell & Howell in the Computer Aided Retrieval (CAR) market for the financial services industry. In the early 1980's, Mr. Nachmany was a Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University lecturing in Management Information Systems. Mr. Nachmany received his Masters of Science degree in Computer Sciences in 1977 from Fairleigh Dickinson University and served as a First Lieutenant in the Israeli Army.
Don Sottile: Chief Information Officer
As CIO at eXpertivity, Mr. Sottile is responsible for leading technology and executive level initiatives for the company. Prior to joining eXpertivity, Mr. Sottile served on eXpertivity's Board of Directors. Mr Sottile founded SGS Partners, Inc., A financial and technical services consulting firm focused on providing senior leadership services to small and mid-sized corporations. He also held positions as CTO of Pedestal, Inc. and CIO of SunTrust Equitable Securities, the Investment Banking Division of SunTrust Bank, Inc. Mr. Sottile has also overseen projects for Barclays de Zoete Wedd's Money Market and Foreign Exchange Division and Republic National Bank of New York 's Global Treasury Mortgage Processing and Credit Systems divisions. Prior to Mr. Sottile's civilian career he served as an Armor officer in the United States Army. Mr. Sottile currently serves on the boards of Relovista and eXpertivity. Mr Sottile holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Hofstra University with a minor in Engineering.
Sam Patel: Director of Sales & Marketing
Sam Patel brings seven years of loan origination and sales and marketing experience to eXpertivity. Sam began his career with Franklin First Financial in Manhattan, and after a productive stint moved on to open a satellite office for Carteret Mortgage Corporation. With his creative marketing techniques and extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry, Sam was able close an average of $22 million in loan volume per year. After a successful career originating loans Sam went on to join eXpertivity Mortgage Solutions where he has been an integral part of building and developing the Nations most complete end-to-end processing service. Sam has been responsible for the addition and transition of some of the largest Mortgage Companies in the US . With his creation of our web based training sessions, Sam has been able to seamlessly transition in hundreds of clients since eXpertivity opened its doors in 2005.
Yogendra Amin: Quality & Document Control Manager
Yogi brings eight years of experience to eXpertivity with skills in quality assurance as well as creating and using testing methodologies to ensure accuracy while building customer confidence. His analytical skills have contributed to refining both our workflow & document management which have been critical to the success and growth of eXpertivity. Before joining eXpertivity, he worked for KPMG for two years providing Senior Quality Assurance services for their tax and audit divisions. His prior experience includes document control management for Ricoh Corporation as well as a large Kodak dealer. Yogi graduated from The Chubb Institute in 1999.
Tsilla Thumim: Accounting Manager
Tsilla has been working in managing accounting systems for the past eighteen years. She was employed for twelve years in Temple Emeth as comptroller and converted their manual books to computer accounting. Prior to that she handled the books for Major League Fitness, and also acted as office manager. Tsilla holds a BA degree in Mathematics from New York University and she took numerous courses in marketing and accounting. Upon graduation she was employed by Equitable Life Insurance Co. as an actuarial associate.
Michel Wizman: Manager of Operational Support Services
Michel Wizman brings to eXpertivity in-depth knowledge of managing enterprise-class complex projects. Most recently, Michel Wizman consulted for a Tier One Mortgage document control and workflow provider in developing a strategic Mortgage BPO partnership using his expertise and understanding of the BPO mortgage market. He joined with Ilan Nachmany in helping eXpertivity develop its own BPO services for the Mortgage industry. Prior to eXpertivity, Mr. Wizman worked as a financial and operational consultant to Image Integration and Image Vision Corp. a document management and imaging Software Company specializing in Financial Services. He later went on to develop the BI3.net which offered affordable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to the Financial Services industry. Mr. Wizman graduated with a Masters in Electrical Engineering from University of Marseilles , France.
