
Ilan Nachmany: Chairman
Mr. Nachmany has spent the majority of his career both as an entrepreneur and as a corporate executive with extensive experience in financial technology and management. For over twenty years he provided mortgage processing back office automation and document management to many of the largest US banks within the South and North East. He was the Chief Operating Officer of International Object Technology (IOT) prior to its sale to The A Consulting Team (TACT) in 2002. Before joining International Object Technology, Mr. Nachmany was the President and CEO of bCompliant, Inc., a company established by Image Vision Corp in order to develop a virtual mortgage folder and conduct compliance services for the mortgage industry. Mr. Nachmany later went on to serve as the President & CEO of Image Integration Corp. which was then sold to Image Vision Corporation where he also served as President & CEO. While at Image Integration, he extended its mortgage processing compliance and missing document system to the healthcare industry and developed the Validation Assurance Compliance Solution (VACS) system. This system was used by Brigham Women's Hospital, (a Harvard Medical Teaching Hospital). The Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) validated this system and Mr. Nachmany subsequently filed a patent for the underlying technology and processes. Prior to his time at Image Integration, he was the CEO of Image Communication Systems, which developed and supported the joint venture of McDonnell Douglas Computer Systems Company and Bell & Howell in the Computer Aided Retrieval (CAR) market for the financial services industry. In the early 1980's, Mr. Nachmany was a Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University lecturing in Management Information Systems. Mr. Nachmany received his Masters of Science degree in Computer Sciences in 1977 from Fairleigh Dickinson University and served as a First Lieutenant in the Israeli Army.
David Brunel: Director
David Brunel is the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Biodesix, a fully integrated molecular diagnostic company enabling personalized medicine using mass spectrometry. Mr. Brunel has been involved in enterprise software for over 25 years and has been involved in molecular diagnostics since 2000. Mr. Brunel was a founder and was CEO of Unidata, Inc when it merged with Vmark Software to create Ardent Software, Inc, where he was President and COO. He was also a member of the Board of Ardent until it was sold to Informix in 1999. Mr. Brunel was also a co-founder and President of SomaLogic, Inc. a company focused on creating protein capture arrays for sensitive, high-throughput, quantitative diagnostics. Mr. Brunel is also on the board of Anark Corporation and Xyleme, Inc.
Miron Drucker: Director
Mr. Drucker is the Chairman and President of MegaPharm LTD, an Israeli pharmaceutical and biotech company, of which he is the sole owner. Prior to that, he was the CFO, and then the CEO of ChemPharm, the Israeli subsidiary of the German Chemical giant Hoechst, (known today as Sanofi-Aventis). Mr. Drucker has served as a Board Member for both public and private companies including Bezek Israeli Telecom Corporation, N.I.F, Beth Arlozorof and Tel Aviv Seaport Authority. Mr. Drucker currently serves as a director of the New Israeli Opera and is a member of the Finance committee of the Israeli Labor Party. Mr. Drucker is a non-practicing CPA in the U.S. and Israel. He has served as a professor at the School of Business at Tel-Aviv University. He received his MBA from the University of Tel-Aviv and he is also a graduate of IMI Geneva, Switzerland
Richard D. Falcone: Director
Mr. Falcone is an operations and financial executive with 30-years experience. Currently, Mr. Falcone is the Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Tasker Products, a technology company focused on hygienic applications for the agricultural, seafood, and food processing industries. Tasker Products is a publicly traded company OTC/BB under the symbol TKER. Mr. Falcone served as Chief Financial Officer of Bed, Bath & Beyond from 1990 to 1994, where he guided the company through its initial public offering and follow-on offering and assisted in the company’s revenue growth to $800 million. Prior to that, he served as Director of Financial Control at Tiffany & Company where he was instrumental in restructuring the company and completing several debt financings in its public offering. Later he served as Director of International Finance and Operations where he established the company’s international presence. Mr. Falcone also served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of NetGrocer, an online grocery and consumer product retail company, Chief Operating Officer of National Merchants Management, a retail and distribution company with a chain of 180 book stores, and the Chief Financial Officer of The A Consulting Team, a publicly traded IT service and business process outsourcing company. Mr. Falcone received his accounting degree from the University of Vermont.
William P. Miller: Director
Mr. Miller is a private investor and brings a wealth of experience to eXpertivity. He was affiliated for eight years with Cantor Fitzgerald, an Investment Banking firm as Executive Vice President responsible for Corporate Finance, Real Estate, and Retail Sales. He was a senior executive at Telerate, Inc., a computer information service company for the securities industry and continued to manage Telerate after its spin off from Cantor Fitzgerald, remaining with the firm until Dow Jones & Co acquired it. Mr. Miller is a Certified Public Accountant and an Attorney. He currently serves as a Board Member at several NYC hospitals, and privately and publicly held companies
Don Sottile: Director
Mr. Sottile is the founder and CEO of InTerraHost, Inc., a mortgage web hosting firm, and a consulting firm, SGSPartners Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Sottile was the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Pedestal, Inc., responsible for overseeing the evaluation and implementation of all technology development initiatives in the mortgage banking space. Previously, Mr. Sottile worked at SunTrust Equitable Securities Corporation, the investment banking division of SunTrust Bank, Inc. where he was the Chief Information Officer responsible for all trading floor and technology infrastructure, systems development, vendor relationships, budgeting, and operational strategy. Prior to working for SunTrust, Mr. Sottile worked for Barclays de Zoete Wedd and Republic National Bank of New York. He also served as an Armor officer in the United States Army. Mr. Sottile has a B.S. in Computer Science from Hofstra University with a minor in Engineering.
Sanjeev Welling: Director
Acknowledged thought leader in Global outsourcing and consulting. Mr. Welling has 18 years experience in Information technology (IT) in India as well as in United States and currently heading Intelligroup Asia for Sales and Business Development in Asia region, subsidiary of Intelligroup USA which is a NJ based IT Services firm focusing on ERP services, publicly traded on OTC exchange with offices across US Japan, UK, Denmark, India and Middle East. Prior to Intelligroup Asia, Mr. Welling served as the head of US East Region for Intelligroup USA , where he was responsible for managing and growing Intelligroup's ERP business. He has held various positions in Sales, marketing, business development, Outsourcing large engagements and mergers/acquisition on a global scale. He has extensive and credible experience in developing company strategies, business development, sales & marketing, directing solution development, executing strategic partnerships, branding and positioning, and developing go-to-market solution-oriented initiatives to drive revenues. Mr. Welling has an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix, USA and a B.E in Electronic Engineering with honors from Mumbai , India
